Update! Hello All!

Well I know i havent posted in a while So sorry! but i did want to catch you up on my WLJ i am now 287lbs so losing slowly! I just started a 14 week weight lose challenge on youtube called get lean by halloween and i am reaching for a goal of 250's I plan to do more working out! and watching my calories of course I think imma try the slim fast program.
